If you are able to keep up, you will notice that I stated that JIVIN libeled us. Reread my post and focus on the comprehension part of your reading experience as it will serve you well in the future..
Now I am not sure WHY you continue to run interference for him ,but it is heartwarming. The fact that you completely ignore the fact that he is carelessly slandering me/Synergy , as he contniues top post as though he was never involved, is a bit unusual given the fact that you are here trying to pretend to be the great upholder of the law , bringing all of these scammers to justice. How can you denounce the scammers and at the same time support slander? Sounds a bit hypocritical to me ~ there are certain breaches of law that are acceptable to you but others that you become the peoples' vigilante to eradicate?
Other than that, bring on the "consequences". I can do this in the boardroom or I can take it to the sandlot. Don't attempt to threaten me ~ if you see a need, I hope you are ready to wield a big stick because whether you are employed by a regulatory body or a legal entity, you should know better. Either way, that is not a deterrent to me. I am the wrong person to call out Fly. Grow up and deal with the REAL issue that I presented in a professional and reasonable manner.

I do not recall asking you if you "cared what Synergy did" - I believe I informed your wife Jivin that I would gladly call her on her libelous posts if she chose to continue. I see that she took heed but you , well you are the tough guy with the anonymous posts. (now THAT is funny!)

It is about myself and Synergy being slandered for entertainment purposes by some clown (jivin) who wants to be the center of attention as some "authority" on scams.
Sorry Aware, but this is my name and my company and this interruption to your day is less important than two reckless spin-doctors on a chatboard who choose to toss comments around without supporting them with fact. Flysquirrel, remorse is not in his vocabulary. I've been reading through various threads and am amazed at the bogus land and flaky tax schemes being perpetrated on investors especially in western Canada. I wonder if the promoters regularily do lunch just to get their lies lined up for the investors. How I love reading the constant threat of lawsuits for libel I suspect the losses to investors at the hands of these scumbags is well into the hundreds of millions. Canada remains wide open to carpetbaggers. Take care.

Jivin,
Instead of editing the Synergy name out of your libelous post, why did you not simply post WHY you called us a fraud? You had no problem writing this in your initial post that I have saved on my computer  , so we all assume that you had the proof to support such a damaging accusation.
At the very least, I would have expected a person with integrity to post that they were premature in their assessment of the Synergy Group and included that name in the list in error. Instead, you took the typical "low road" and tried to duck out. I have your first post and am sure that it will come into play at some point if history holds true.
