Wow! That old Internet sure delivered this info at the speed of light. Pony Express or dog team would have been more effective. That document/posting was dated June 2008.
WTF?

OSC Order

The OSC page lists the latest order dated September 29th, 2009. Next hearing Janaury 18th/19th ( the site listed both dates) 2010. Perhaps this will end the freak show on this forum and return it to the Bridgegate/creek investors. Take care.

Local - I would love to hear more. When did an OSC "order" mean that anyone broke the rules? The problem with the system is that the regulators can say whatever they wish in the public, convince clowns like yourself to support it (as you have just done in the absence of ANY proof), and then it is up to the accused to pony up to protect his/her name. Do you REALLy support this system? It is diametrically opposed to how law is supposed to operate; however, it is the basis of the securities game - guilty until you can afford to prove yourself innocent.
I appreciate what your little posse here think they are doing (aside from Bridgecreek) but as you run around trying to lynch the white collar criminal, you also need to take a long hard look at the policing system that is failing you and your "followers" ~ and the reason why you are chasing ambulances instead of preventing scams. I actually support your work and your views - but I oppose how carelessly you are conducting yourself.
Borealis is accused of being a PONZI. We are defending against it. The clients put their money in for 15 months. They received 22.5%. Their money was at RBC in a term deposit where it was frozen by the OSC because they called it a ponzi,. WE took them to Commercial court to have it released - it was released.
The clients received 100% of their capital back plus the 22.5%.
There was never a dime taken from client capital and therefore, Borealis CANNOT be a "Ponzi." It was not a ponzi -it was a program that paid unusually high benefits to the participants and attracted negative attention because of that, but at no time was client capital ever co-mingled with company funds or "used" to pay "commissions" etc.
This is why I stand up against posts like Jivin's. We will not have people make the lies appear as truth because they are left uncontested.
Like I said, we have all been burned by one scam or another in our camp and we are trying to create opportunities that protect us from these realities. We understand the torch that you are carrying but it won't be at our expense. I am simply concerned that 5 or 6 people on this board are willing to blindly jump on the bashing bandwagon because they are too worried about falling out of your "favour" ~ an anonymous person rallying for a cause ~ it really is funny and unnerving when you think about it.
I will depart assuming that you conduct yourself accordingly. I am not begging you to commit libel, but given how Jivin has completely avoided talking to me about what he previously posted, it is safe to say that HE recognized his misstep even though you , Fly, refuse to acknowledge that error.

check out their new webpage. What a source of information! It describes how all of their wonderful projects are going. Keeps the investors informed on what is happening with their hard earned money. This wonderful compamy is so transparent. A blue Chip company all the way!

A word to the salesmen (AKA investment representatives). The RCMP are VERY interested in what you presented back in 2006/2007/2008. I'm glad I have all my evidence. My salesperson in particular will know the word "misrepresentation" all too well. He'll have lots of time to sit down and think about it.

No, I did not think "Locally" was "Fly".
But I must say that it is increasingly evident why you 4 are all here.
Yet Jivin remains silent. It speaks volumes.

Have BC investors had any kind of update?

I would think with BC in Receivership that all investors are basically in the same spot, looking for an accounting of their funds. I'm still in awe that so much money was 'apparently' spent on infrastructure. The forensics will be very expensive on this one. Take care.

Thanks for taking time to post this rollsr, the investors are aware of the carnage in Palm Springs. The article simply shows the pathetic delusionment of BC. Take care.

I have been following this thread off and on for a while and, yes, I am one of the investors who came in at the very bottom of the Bridgecreek ponzi scheme.
I have been speaking with the RCMP and there doesn't seem to be much hope that anything will happen to Bill or Colin. The RCMP says it is up to the ASC, and the ASC says it is up to the RCMP.
Can anyone tell me the best way to proceed? Should the OM2 investors let the lawyers dance, or should we be pursuing a class action lawsuit, like the Shire investors did? If we aren't going to get anything, should we be sending all of our information to the CRA? If we can get any assets, we don't want to be competing with the CRA because we will lose.
Does anyone know how the Shire investors are doing after, as I understand it from the posts, their two court appearances?
Thanks.
